"We have been clients of Damson House for over 20 years and seen many vets come and go...as breeders and exhibitors of Staffordshire Bull Terriers Pugs and French bulldogs vets we can rely on and trust to treat our dogs is of the utmost importance... I cannot speak highly enough of this practice and all the staff from the receptionists to the VN 's and lastly of course the vets particularly Simon and Jo Godsall who really are both fantastic and I can't praise and thank them enough for all the help they've given us with our dogs over the last few yrs ...have recommended a lot of people to this practice and will continue to do so in the future we have 120% trust and faith in them **** HIGHLY RECOMMENDED****" Kate Cramer, Knowle
IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR ALL OUR CLIENTS REGARDING CORONAVIRUS In light of the current situation regarding COVID-19 (coronavirus) we are taking precautions to reduce the spread of the virus and protect vulnerable clients, staff and family members with the following changes: We ask that if possible, only one person accompanies your pet to their appointment. This will help to reduce the number of people mixing within the waiting area. If you wish to wait in your car rather than the waiting room, you can telephone reception on 0121 711 3775 to inform us of your arrival and we will then call you back once the Vet or Nurse is ready for you. We would appreciate it if you could pay by card rather than cash, following WHO guidelines to reduce the handling risk of notes and coins. If you are unwell or suffering from cough or cold type symptoms, please telephone the practice prior to your appointment to discuss if your reason for coming in is something that can be delayed. We have hand sanitiser in reception, and would ask that all clients use this to clean their hands on entering the practice. There is no current evidence that your pet can catch COVID-19 or pass it on to other pets, but we would advise that you wash your hands with soap and water regularly and after contact with pets. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We hope that these small changes can help to ensure the practice can stay adequately staffed and that our more vulnerable clients are not put at risk when visiting. We will of course keep you updated as the situation changes.
